Large Festival Install For "That's a Wrap"

"That's a Wrap" – A beloved annual charity event known for its incredible production and feel-good atmosphere.

Brief

Back in 2015, our team was brought on to deliver a high-capacity draught system for a brand-new charity event, “That’s a Wrap.” The brief was bold:

• Serve up to 500 pints per hour
• Keep all cellar equipment hidden from view
• And—something we love to hear—Prosecco on tap

We accepted the challenge and got to work.

Our Solution

We began by surveying the venue and identifying the perfect behind-the-scenes location for the cellar setup—out of sight, but with easy access for efficient service.

To meet the demand of 500 pints per hour, we designed and installed a long-draw, direct-draw system with the following benefits:

• Kegs stored remotely for clean bar presentation
• Long draw lines with cooling for high-volume flow
• Reduced foaming and waste through precision-calibrated systems

We installed multiple taps for fast-pour beer service, and ran dedicated lines for a Prosecco tap system, giving the client a bubbly bonus for the guests.

Execution & Results

On event day, our team was on-site to oversee service and support. The system performed exactly as planned:

• Zero issues
• Consistent pour quality
• 500+ pints/hour capacity, comfortably met

The crowd stayed happy, lines stayed short, and the drinks kept flowing all night.

Now 8 years on, “That’s a Wrap” remains one of our favourite events to support. We’ve been asked back every single year and take pride in being their trusted draught system supplier.
